The Zylinc user networking group held yet another meeting on 23 May 2018. This time the venue was Sortebro Kro, adjacent to an idyllic open-air museum just outside of Odense, the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen.
As always, the participants vividly described and discussed their day-to-day needs as well as strategic goals, and they were able to compare the requirements, challenges, and opportunities of their respective user segments, which included government, finance, manufacturing, and retail.
Among the topics discussed were mobility, GDPR, re-designed overviews in Zylinc Attendant Console, Contact Center, and Service Center, as well as how to transfer outgoing calls.
A new initiative at this meeting was the ability to choose between two afternoon tracks; one for the technically minded, and another for those more interested in user experience and commercial aspects.
The user networking group plans to hold its next meeting this autumn, and you’re more than welcome to join.
The group is open to all interested users, and members are able to meet in person as well as online. If you want to join the user networking group, simply get in touch with the group’s coordinator Dorte Groth at dgr[AT]zylinc.com.
