In mid-January, the Zylinc user group met again – this time with the highest-ever number of participants. The all-day meeting took place at Norsminde Kro, south of Denmark’s second-largest city Aarhus.
The formal agenda covered the recent Zylinc version 6.5, a demonstration of the coming Zylinc Web Agent, the next generation of Zylinc’s mobile client apps, and integration with Microsoft Teams, and the group members received those presentations with great interest – and many great questions.
The most important thing about the user networking group, however, is to discuss topics that are important in the day-to-day lives of the users. At this meeting, hot topics were:
- Statistics and reporting as well as dashboards and wallboards for real-time display of selected information
- Transformation to cloud services
- Integrations with other systems (Teams, CRM, etc.)
- Recording of calls
- Supervisor features
- Voice Queue Member (Zylinc’s feature for letting agents work without the need for client software)
Another important aspect of the user networking group is that members inspire other members to benefit from Zylinc features that they may not have been aware of:
Some organizations have faithfully used the feature set that came with their Zylinc solution when it was originally installed, but they may not always have had the time to try out other features – even though those features could now be highly relevant for them, because their needs may have changed over time.
At every user networking group meeting, we’ve seen members introduce such relevant features to other members, together with practical advice about how to use them in real-life contexts from the many receptions and call centers out there that use Zylinc.
If you’re not yet a member of the group, you really shouldn’t miss out on the benefits, including the LinkedIn forum. Send an e-mail to the group’s co-ordinator Dorte on dgr[at]zylinc.com, and join us for the next meeting.
