In late August, the Zylinc user networking group met for a beautiful, warm, and sunny day of knowledge sharing and inspiration at Hotel Frederiksminde in the eastern part of Denmark.
The many attendees from 15 different organizations, including banks, local government authorities, trade unions, and manufacturing companies, discussed numerous aspects of the main topic of the day: the journey towards the cloud, specifically MS Teams-based customer service solutions.
There was also time to debate how to use statistics to optimize day-to-day processes and boost employee morale, to brainstorm about Zylinc’s central administration portal, and to watch the newly released next-generation Zylinc mobile app in action.
The user networking group has members with different areas of interest, from technical details and open Application Programming Interfaces, over the business perspectives of being able to provide optimal service, to the actual interactions with customers when you wear a headset in a busy contact center or reception.
That’s why the afternoon program featured three different breakout sessions about technical aspects, business development, and adoption (which is primarily about user training on all levels).
Hotel Frederiksminde, situated in scenic parkland right next to the sea, provided a great setting, where many attendees practiced walk-and-talk networking in the sun during breaks. During lunch, attendees sampled the 2019 Michelin star-winning hotel restaurant’s wonderful creations.
The next user networking group day is planned for early 2020, and it’s expected to take place in western Denmark. If you’re already a member of the group, you’ll automatically get more details about the group’s next event.
If you use Zylinc in your organization, and you haven’t yet attended a user networking group day, you should really consider attending the next one.
It won’t cost you anything, except for your time and any travel expenses, and you can expect to benefit greatly: You’ll meet a lot of other service-oriented people like yourself, and you can have your say about what should be on the agenda – because the group belongs to its members!
