The Zylinc user networking group has done it again! This time the group met at Munkebo Kro on the island of Funen in central Denmark.
In addition to presentations from Zylinc, attendees saw external speaker Brian Vang deliver a vivid presentation about customer service and communication.
Did you know, for example, that nearly 80% of interviewed organizations believe that they deliver excellent service, while only around 8% of those organizations’ customers believe that they receive excellent service? There’s a huge difference in perceptions. Brian named it the delivery gap, and gave attendees practical advice about how to reduce the gap.
Most of the afternoon was devoted to three separate tracks that attendees could freely choose between according to their personal interests and preferences:
- User experience and training
- Software, infrastructure, and technologies
- The role of customer service in business development
To sum up: A day full of interesting discussions and exchange of experiences, plus a great interest in learning more about Zylinc’s cloud solutions.
A big thank you to everyone who attended!
Are you a Zylinc user, and would you like to exchange knowledge with other customer service professionals?
Have you tried out new service approaches in your organization, and would you like to tell others about them?
Do you want to meet the folks who make the Zylinc solutions?
Do you have input or ideas for new features?
Or would you rather just lean back and listen to other users’ day-to-day experiences?
There’s room for everyone in the user networking group. The group holds meetings approx. every six months, and it has an online forum too. If you’d like to become part of it on a no-obligation basis, simply send an e-mail to the group’s co-ordinator Dorte.
Hope to see you around!
