When Toyota Denmark faced the challenge of getting a new switchboard, the day-to-day users—the receptionists—were involved. That resulted in Toyota Denmark switching to Zylinc Attendant Console, a solution that meets the expectations and needs among Toyota Denmark’s approx. 85 employees.
Operating Zylinc Attendant Console in Toyota’s reception is so easy that the receptionists don’t hesitate to leave the operation to others, for example if the receptionists need to go to a meeting.
The secret behind the success was user involvement. One of the receptionists involved was Lene Kriepke: “We had great co-operation with our IT department. Combining their knowledge of technology with the receptionists’ hands-on experience resulted in a strong solution. It worked from day one!”
